4th Quarter Group Gift Swap 2009 - Christmas/Holiday
This is the sign-up thread for the 4th Quarter Christmas/Holiday Group Gift Swap. This will be our last gift swap of 2009.
The gifts do not have to have a Christmas/holiday theme but they can if you want them too. Please be sure to read your swappees profiles so that you will make them something that they will like.
This is a group swap and I will try to keep the groups to 5 per group but it will depend on the number of people that sign up.
**For Group swaps, gifts must have a minimum value of $7 each (not including shipping). Each group member will need to provide a gift for each member of their group. The gifts do not have to be identical. You may send one item or a group of items whose combined value meets the minimum value requirement.
Here is the schedule for this Swap:
Sign-Up Deadline = Mon, October 19th
Profiles must be completed no later than Wed, October 21st (use this template)
Swap Partners Assigned & Notified by Fri, October 23rd
Swap Items should be mailed no later than Tuesday, November 17th.
The reason we set the deadlines so early in the Holiday season is so that it won't interfer with other Holiday things going on in everyones life. Please remember that this is a GIFT swap, not a promotional items swap.
Please refer to this forum thread for rules and guidelines of our Gift Swaps. **Please note that delivery confirmation must be used when mailing swap gifts unless otherwise specified - see rules for more info.**
If you'd like to participate in this Gift Swap, please reply to this thread and include a link to your primary shop. If you do not leave a link to your primary shop, I will not know who you are and you will not be included. Also, please be sure you create your profile using the same shop name you sign up with.
Also, participants MUST post to this thread when you send your gift (no, you don't have to identify the recipient) AND when you receive your gift. Pictures of received gifts can also be posted to our team flickr group.
